Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Unarchives website, platform, and related services (the “Service”).

By creating an Account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use Unarchives.

1. Definitions

Account means a registered user login used to access the Unarchives dashboard.

Public Profile means a publicly accessible page created and managed through an Account.

User means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

By using Unarchives, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activities conducted under your Account

  • Providing accurate information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Public Profiles and User Content

Unarchives allows Users to create and publish Public Profiles.

You retain ownership of the content you publish.

However, by uploading or publishing content, you grant Unarchives a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Host

  • Store

  • Display

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to publish or distribute:

  • Illegal content

  • Fraudulent or deceptive material

  • Hate speech or harassment

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material involving minors

  • Malware or phishing links

  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights

  • Content promoting violence or illegal activity

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend Accounts at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, design elements, and underlying technology are owned by Unarchives.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce platform code

  • Reverse engineer the Service

  • Use branding without permission

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as Merchant of Record.

By purchasing a subscription:

  • You agree to LemonSqueezy’s terms and policies

  • You authorize recurring billing if applicable

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Custom Domains

If you configure a custom domain:

  • You are responsible for domain ownership

  • You are responsible for DNS configuration

  • We are not liable for domain misconfiguration

We may disable domain connections that violate these Terms.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in unlawful activity

  • Your content creates legal risk

  • Required by law

You may delete your Account at any time.

Upon termination:

  • Public Profiles may be removed

  • Access to paid features will cease

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted

  • The Service will be error-free

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Unarchives shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

Our total liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Unarchives in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unarchives from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your content

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the Service

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment processors and analytics providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

14. Changes to the Service

We may:

  • Modify features

  • Add or remove functionality

  • Discontinue parts of the Service

We are not liable for modifications or discontinuation.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
