These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Unarchives website, platform, and related services (the “Service”).

By creating an Account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Definitions

Account means a registered user login used to access the Unarchives dashboard and manage profile settings.

Public Profile means a publicly accessible page created and managed through an Account.

User means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.

Content means any text, images, links, branding, media, profile information, or other material uploaded, published, or displayed through the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

By accessing or using Unarchives, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the minimum legal age requirement
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• Your use of the Service does not violate applicable laws or regulations

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an Account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities conducted under your Account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Keeping your Account information updated

You may not:

• Share your Account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use another person’s Account without permission
• Create Accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, operational, or security risks.

4. Public Profiles and User Content

Unarchives allows Users to create and publish Public Profiles.

You retain ownership of the Content you publish.

However, by uploading, publishing, or displaying Content through the Service, you grant Unarchives a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host
• Store
• Reproduce
• Display
• Distribute
• Process

your Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, improving, and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to publish your Content
• Your Content does not violate applicable laws
• Your Content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights
• Your Content does not contain malicious code, malware, or deceptive material

You are solely responsible for the Content you publish and the consequences of making it publicly available.

Public Profiles may be publicly accessible and indexed by search engines.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to publish, distribute, promote, or link to:

• Illegal content
• Fraudulent or deceptive material
• Hate speech or harassment
• Content involving exploitation or abuse of minors
• Malware, phishing pages, spyware, or malicious software
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activity
• Spam, misleading redirects, or abusive automation
• Impersonation of individuals, organizations, or brands
• Content intended to scam, exploit, or deceive others

You also agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to access non-public parts of the Service
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service
• Circumvent security protections or access restrictions
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the platform

We reserve the right to investigate violations of these Terms and may remove Content, restrict visibility, suspend Accounts, or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion.

We may also take action to comply with legal obligations, enforce platform integrity, or protect Users and third parties.

6. Usernames and Profile Identity

Usernames, profile URLs, and public identifiers are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Unarchives reserves the right to reclaim, modify, suspend, or remove usernames or profile identifiers that:

• Infringe trademarks or intellectual property rights
• Impersonate individuals, organizations, or brands
• Are misleading or deceptive
• Create legal or operational risk
• Violate these Terms
• Remain inactive for extended periods

We may also reserve certain usernames for operational, administrative, or security purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, platform design, logos, visual elements, and underlying technology associated with the Service are owned by Unarchives or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce platform code
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Use Unarchives branding without permission
• Modify or create derivative works from the Service

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service or related intellectual property to you.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as Merchant of Record.

By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to LemonSqueezy’s terms and policies
• You authorize recurring billing where applicable
• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes

Unless otherwise required by law:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically provide refunds for previous payments

We reserve the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, or features with reasonable notice.

9. Custom Domains

If you configure a custom domain:

• You are responsible for domain ownership and management
• You are responsible for DNS configuration
• You are responsible for maintaining valid domain registrations

Unarchives is not liable for:

• Domain misconfiguration
• DNS propagation delays
• Third-party registrar issues
• Domain expiration or loss

We may disable custom domain connections that violate these Terms or create operational or legal risks.

10. Reporting Violations and Copyright Complaints

If you believe that Content hosted on the Service violates these Terms, applicable law, or your rights, you may report it to:

If you believe that Content infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, your notice should include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the allegedly infringing Content
• Your contact information
• A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
• A statement submitted in good faith under applicable law

We may investigate reports and take action at our sole discretion, including Content removal, visibility restrictions, Account suspension, or termination.

We reserve the right to suspend repeat infringers where appropriate.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in unlawful or abusive activity
• Your Content creates legal, reputational, or operational risks
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

You may delete your Account at any time.

Upon termination:

• Public Profiles may be removed
• Access to paid features may cease
• Certain information may be retained where legally required

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unarchives disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability or reliability

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted
• The Service will be secure or error-free
• The Service will meet your expectations or requirements

From time to time, the Service may become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

Certain features may be released in beta or experimental form and may change or be discontinued without notice.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unarchives and its affiliates, owners, operators, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Loss of data or Content
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Unarchives during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unarchives and its affiliates, operators, employees, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your Content
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

15. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, domain services, and infrastructure providers.

Unarchives is not responsible for:

• Third-party services
• Third-party outages or failures
• Third-party terms or policies
• Content or practices of third-party websites

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate agreements and policies.

16. Changes to the Service

We may:

• Modify features or functionality
• Add or remove tools or integrations
• Discontinue parts of the Service
• Restrict access to certain features

We are not liable for modifications, interruptions, or discontinuation of the Service.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
